In 2023, Thorn Pest Control did a complete overhaul of their website. I was one half of a two-person team that wrote and edited all new content for Thorn's main pages. While I know more about cockroaches than I'd like to, I enjoyed the research process and capturing Thorn's scientific, but friendly and approachable voice.
Similar to Thorn Pest Control, Ultimate Air did an entire site overhaul. I wrote most of the content featured on their main pages, and I also edited much of the content. I learned enough about HVAC systems to feel qualified to give advice to anyone having issues - my advice is to call a professional!
